China Printing Solutions (CPS), is an American-owned print management company dedicated to helping retailers, manufacturers, CPG companies and others source printed products in China. CPS’s team all have degrees in printing, are native Chinese Mandarin speakers, and skilled in negotiating competitive pricing.

Because CPS has an in-house production studio, we handle all aspects of quoting, artwork review prior to printing, printing, quality control, shipping and delivery to a final destination.

Located in Shanghai, China, CPS has developed an extensive supply chain since its inception in 1998. Experts in sourcing all manner of printed products for export to the U.S. and Australia, our model is best suited to large runs so minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply.

We competitively bid all projects before submitting pricing to you. Once you decide to proceed, we oversee every step of the process starting with review of art files to ensure their printability. Next we provide white samples and digital proofs for printed material. For reusable bags and other dimensional products, we provide pre-production samples. Throughout production, CPS provides sample review and onsite press checks to ensure quality and color correction. Additionally, CPS handles all ocean and air shipping. Should you have an existing freight forwarder in China, we’ll deliver goods to your forwarder for FOB deliveries.

CPS provides pre-production samples and white books for all jobs so you understand what the final product will look and feel like prior to committing to actual production.

Testing

Children’s products and reusable bags require safety testing that varies depending on your location. CPS utilizes internationally-recognized testing firm, Eurofins, for all testing. CPS routinely conducts CONEG, Prop 65 and other tests for products that come in contact with food or are intended for children.
